Company identity

Adtron helps operating teams reduce omissions and errors caused by fragmented data and manual handoffs. The legal entity that provides the service is identified below in both English and its registered Chinese name.

Third-party service model

Adtron provides AI operations training, tailored AI Native transformation, managed advertising and store operations, and custom software for authorized brand sellers. Shared technology is configured around each client's stores, data, goals, operating stage, and risk boundaries rather than imposing a universal operating template.

Each client grants OAuth authorization for its own Amazon account and retains the ability to revoke that authorization through Amazon. For seller-fulfilled orders, we process recipient information only when necessary to prepare or verify shipping labels, arrange delivery, update tracking, resolve delivery exceptions, or provide required customer support. We do not use this information for advertising profiles, resale, or unrelated purposes.

Operating principles

• Purpose limitation: we request and use only the information needed for the agreed service.
• Client isolation: clients, stores, and employee permissions are managed separately.
• Accountability: key authorization, access, and operational actions are recorded.
• Limited retention: restricted information is removed after the shortest period necessary for its purpose.

Engagement and quotation

Services are provided by written proposal based on authorized stores, marketplace coverage, desired outcomes, operating scope, workload, and delivery complexity. The responsibilities, data boundaries, and commercial terms are confirmed before service begins. No payment is collected through this website.
