ADTRON APPLICATION

Seller-authorized data.
Store-specific decisions.

Adtron is a third-party operations workspace for Amazon sellers. It organizes authorized store data into diagnostics, recommendations, controlled workflows, and reviewable outcomes while the seller retains account ownership, authorization control, and approval of high-impact actions.

Application: AdtronOperator: Hefei Xitu Technology Development Co., Ltd.Public SP-API availability is subject to Amazon approval
01 / USERS

Authorized sellers and teams

Designed for brands and operating teams that explicitly authorize their own Amazon stores.

02 / METHOD

Evidence before action

Diagnostics show source context; recommendations and higher-impact actions remain reviewable.

03 / CONTROL

Minimum necessary access

Only data required by enabled modules is requested, isolated by client and store, and revocable.

Current availability
Adtron's public website and support channel are available. The initial public SP-API request is limited to Inventory and Order Tracking, Amazon Fulfillment, and Brand Analytics for non-PII order and inventory synchronization and Sales and Traffic business reports. Access is enabled only after Amazon approval and seller authorization; this page does not claim approval before it is granted.

SP-API roles and intended use

Adtron uses the minimum roles needed to synchronize non-PII order status and inventory and to provide the authorized seller's Sales and Traffic business reports. The intended output is store-specific reporting and operational context for the authorizing seller.

Seller-specific scope

Only information from the seller accounts and marketplaces included in that seller's authorization is processed.

Purpose

Non-PII order fields, FBM and FBA inventory, and Sales and Traffic metrics are used to provide store-specific synchronization and reporting.

No cross-seller aggregation

Amazon business data is not pooled across sellers for benchmarking, comparison, resale, marketing, or public reporting.

No public business insights

Insights derived from Amazon business data are not published, shared, or used for Adtron's own business purposes.

Features and data use

Amazon API boundaries

Selling Partner API

The initial request is limited to Inventory and Order Tracking, Amazon Fulfillment, and Brand Analytics for the functions described above.

Amazon Ads API

Advertising data and advertising actions use a separate authorization path. Advertising capability does not expand or substitute for SP-API permissions.

Excluded roles and data

Finance, pricing, product-listing writes, buyer communication, shipping execution, and restricted PII are not requested.

Human decision boundary

Synchronization and reporting may be automated; any higher-impact action requires an explicitly agreed and reviewable workflow.

Seller authorization flow

  1. Scope is confirmed firstThe seller selects the stores, marketplaces, modules, users, and operating objective.
  2. The seller initiates Amazon authorizationAuthorization occurs through Amazon; Adtron never asks for the seller's Amazon password.
  3. Access is isolated and loggedClient, store, environment, employee, and functional access are separated and reviewable.
  4. The seller retains controlAuthorization can be revoked through Amazon; Adtron then stops new access and applies the documented deletion schedule.

Operating and data controls

  • Purpose limitation: information is processed only for enabled and agreed workflows.
  • Least privilege: access is restricted to the minimum business need and approved roles.
  • Client isolation: one client's information is not exposed to another client.
  • No aggregation or public insight: Amazon business data is not pooled across sellers, published, sold, or used for Adtron marketing or other Adtron business purposes.
  • Traceability: key authorization, access, recommendation, approval, and action events are logged.
  • Deletion and revocation: sellers can revoke authorization and request access, correction, or deletion as described in the privacy policy.

Launch readiness

Adtron's public website, support contact, privacy policy, authorization bridge, client-isolation approach, and pilot workflows are ready for onboarding. After Amazon grants the required public SP-API access, the first authorized seller can be onboarded within 90 days, subject to the seller's agreed scope and successful authorization.

Reviewer-ready evidence

Company identity, application name, intended users, feature-to-data mapping, API boundaries, seller authorization, revocation, pricing method, privacy policy, and direct support contact are publicly accessible without login.

Support and commercial model
